We spent a couple of hours at the Butchart and I’m pleased to be able to report to our many readers that after some hands-on research, this place is way overpriced. But if you need a nice place to take your special lady, you might want to shell out the (CAN) $29 it costs to get in. Oh, you didn’t bring a car? Then you’ll need to arrange your own transportation. That’ll be another bunch of cash. Katy and I, as you might expect, rented a little scooter for the day.
The restaurants in Victoria were great. I loved the waterfront and the people were friendly. We had a fun time!
