Inca Gold
I’m in the middle of reading Clive Cussler’s book Inca Gold. It is awful. Don’t waste your time. He’s an awful writer, even if he does come up with interesting stories. But really. He compared the concussions from grenades to the “sensual squeeze of a strong woman.” What is that?
Drive
Rotten Tomatoes critics gave this 92%, which is crazy. It keeps your attention but in general fails to deliver. And if you’re not into shocking violence you should leave this off your list. It is mostly artistic zooming and Ryan Gosling staring at people.
